One Loudoun Farmer’s Market – Saturdays 8AM-12PM through October 29th

The farmer’s market that you have loved all summer long continues into the fall season through October 29th. Get ready for a switch up in offerings as we bring in more of your seasonal favorites including produce, artisanal products, baked goods, flowers, sweet treats, and more!

Chick’s Picks Pop-Up Boutique – September 29th – October 2nd

This pop-up boutique show is the perfect place to update your accessories for fall, get a few trendy home pieces, or take care of some early holiday shopping! With over 50 independent designers, importers, and vendors, you will have a wide selection of products to choose from.

Epicurience Virginia – Saturday, October 15th

The Epicurience Virginia wine and food festival is finally making its way here to The Barn at One Loudoun for their annual event! At this upscale event, guests get the chance to sample exquisite local wines and cuisine from renowned chefs, in addition to meeting master winemakers. Attendees must be 21+.

Ghosts, Goblins & Ghouls 5K Run – Saturday, October 29th

This is your chance to participate in the most frighteningly fun 5k race of the season! This Halloween-themed event will feature a 5k run, sprint fun run, trick-or-treating, a costume contest, entertainment, and more. Be sure to register before October 23rd to receive a long-sleeved race t-shirt!

4th Annual Holiday Tree Lighting – Saturday December 3rd

Join us for our largest event of the holiday season – the 4th Annual Tree Lighting event on The Plaza at One Loudoun. At this event, enjoy music, food and drink, family fun, fireworks and a visit from the big guy, Santa Claus!

Fans Celebrate the Kickoff of Football Season with Redskins Rally at One Loudoun

Over the weekend, Redskins fans from all over the D.C. area flocked to One Loudoun to celebrate the start of football season at the Redskins Rally Season Kickoff event! With the opening of Hail + Hog at One Loudoun this past spring, One Loudoun has quickly become the new destination for fans of the beloved NFL team.

The Redskins Rally drew up quite a crowd of fans with appearances from Redskins President Bruce Allen, team alumni including Santana Moss and Clinton Portis, and of course some of the fabulous Redskins cheerleaders who put on quite a show! The event came just in time for the Redskins home game opener tonight: the first Monday Night Football game of the NFL season against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Battle of the Bands Open to Loudoun Teens

Ashburn, VA (Nov. 4, 2015) – Ashburn, VA – Loudoun’s YouthFest, an annual celebration of youth, featuring live music, exhibits and activities, will be held May 21, 2016 at The Barn at One Loudoun, Ashburn, VA.

Festival performers are selected through a Battle of the Bands competition. Middle and high school students residing in Loudoun County are eligible to compete. Interested bands and soloists must submit an application byDecember 1, 2015. Applications are available at www.loudounteens.org.

Battles will be held January 8, February 5 and March 4, 2016 at The Studio, 45449 Severn Way, Dulles, VA. Winners will advance to a final competition on April 8, 2016 at Tally Ho, 19 W. Market Street, Leesburg, VA, as well as perform at YouthFest. The winner of the final battle opens for the festival’s nationally-known headliner.

Competition organizers randomly select lineups and assign competition dates for contestants, which will be announced at a kickoff event December 10, 2015 at the Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS), 20145 Ashbrook Place, Ashburn, VA.

One Loudoun To Celebrate Holiday Season With Inaugural Tree Lighting

The first holiday tree lighting ceremony at Loudoun County’s newest retail community, Downtown One Loudoun, is expected to attract hundreds of community residents to a traditional holiday celebration with a modern twist.

The event will be held on Saturday, December 7 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm and is free to the public. There will be a variety of food and beverage samplings made available by the Downtown One Loudoun merchants, along with kids’ photos with the Loudoun Hounds mascot, Fetch, free holiday photos for families and friends, and children’s crafts and entertainment.

Santa will arrive in style at 6:00 pm atop a Loudoun County fire truck with lights flashing and sirens roaring. This high-tech Santa will be outfitted with an iPhone and iPad to record children’s wishes. Santa will help light the tree at 6:15 pm and pose for photos from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. Throughout the event, local choirs and dance performances from the Creative Dance Center will entertain the crowd.

Participating merchants include Alamo Drafthouse, Bar Louie, Elevation Burger, Firehouse Subs, Fresh Market, and Uncle Julio’s.
